Regular clean

A Fenix regular residential clean is a clean of an occupied property, intended to be carried out weekly or fortnightly and is designed to keep the client’s home in pristine condition. Each job is designed to meet the client’s needs and generally includes vacuuming, mopping and wiping, and has a focus on the kitchen, bathroom(s) and toilets.

Regular special clean

Fenix also offers a “Special” whereby in addition to the regular clean, each visit we do a little extra job, that over the course of a quarter, covers all the items of a deep clean.

Spring clean

A Fenix spring residential clean is regular residential clean on steroids, intended to be carried out quarterly, twice yearly or yearly and is designed to be a deep clean that delves into every nook and cranny.

Deep clean

A Fenix deep clean includes as little or as much as the client may want from a spring clean but the difference is the deep clean, which became popular during the pandemic, includes clean of a stubborn oven to a sanitisation and disinfection of the property using the Fenix fogging system.

Move-in clean

A Fenix move-in clean is required before a new tenant or owner moves into a property that has been sitting vacant for some time. Even a very clean house, over time, become dusty and stale and requires freshening up before move-in day.

Oven deep clean

A Fenix oven deep cleaning is something that makes a huge difference to the general appearance of the premises, especially the kitchen. It includes cleaning of the oven racking as well as the walls, door, and glass. If necessary, and if possible, we will open the door glass to remove dirt trapped between the front and rear glass panels.

Refrigerator clean

A Fenix refrigerator cleaning is more commonly included in regular or spring residential cleans or in vacate cleaning of a furnished property. It includes a thorough cleaning of the fridge section, and if required, of the freezer section.

Fireplace clean

A Fenix fireplace clean includes removal of ash, unburned fuel and other items and a thorough clean of the fireplace and surrounds but does not include any cleaning associated with the chimney.

Carpet clean

Day to day living can be harsh on carpets. Regular steam cleaning to remove dust, dirt, bugs, insects, and allergens that build up in carpet is a safe way to ensure that a residential premise, really is as clean as possible. At Fenix, we are generally able to remove most stains.

Window and solar panel cleaning

Whether you need a couple of solar panels cleaned periodically or your home windows cleaned so you have a clear view to the outside world, there is internal and external window cleaning available to suit every requirement. We have specialist high window cleaning equipment which produces sparkling clean windows as high as three levels up.

Time and materials cleaning

Fenix are happy to work based on time and material if that’s what the client wishes. This is useful in circumstances where a client requires a job which is ill defined e.g., attending to clean up after a wedding is held at a private residence.
