Presale clean

A Fenix pre-sale clean is designed to ensure the home is presented for sale, in the very best condition. The cost of a presale clean is an investment which should yield enormous returns. It makes a world of difference to a prospective buyer when the windows are shimmeringly clean, the walls are free of smudges, the driveway has been pressure cleaned free of years of built-up grime and the carpets have a freshly cleaned smell to match their appearance.

Open for inspection clean

During the sales process, properties are frequently opened for inspection by prospective buyers. It is vital that these inspections are made when the property looks its best. Fenix will attend prior to each open to make the property gleam and sparkle.

Settlement clean

Once a property has been settled and vacated a settlement clean is essential to present the property in prime condition to the new owner. In most cases, this is the first clean of the property without the previous owner’s belongings inside.

Move-in clean

A Fenix move-in clean is required before a new tenant or owner moves into a property that has been sitting vacant for some time. Even a very clean house, over time, become dusty and stale and requires freshening up before the day of the move-in.

Vacate (or end-of-lease) clean

A Fenix vacate (or End-of-Lease) clean includes all items required to ensure the tenant receives their bond back. The vacate clean includes a general clean (bedrooms, living areas, hall, laundry, toilet, and garage) a detailed kitchen clean, a detailed bathroom/ensuite clean plus carpet steam cleaning, with window cleaning, wall washing, and pressure cleaning as required. If the property manager is unhappy with any aspect of the clean, Fenix will put it right, at no additional cost.

Rental inspection clean

Busy tenants don’t always have the time necessary to keep their rented property in the tip-top condition that they, or the managing agent, would like. Fenix have the experience and skills to cost-effectively bring the rented property up to the high standard that is required to pass the periodic rental inspection.

Carpet clean

It is a legal requirement that a vacating tenant is to have any carpet in the residence professionally steam cleaned and must provide a receipt as proof of same.

Fumigation

Fenix not only steam cleans carpets, but we are also able to fumigate carpets, and homes generally, that have been occupied by four-legged friends. Fenix can provide a cost-effective fumigation service which satisfies the property manager’s requirement for fumigation.

Work orders

Fenix are happy to carry out an unquoted, cleaning-related work order issued by a real estate client and will deliver the job with all the usually quality and fair pricing clients have come to expect.

Time and materials

Fenix are happy to work based on time and material if that’s what the client wishes. This is useful in circumstances where a client requires a job which is ill defined e.g., attending to clean up after a property has been abandoned by a tenant
